Jack Antonoff is standing by his lady Lena Dunham.
As you may recall, the Girls creator sparked controversy when one anecdote from her book, Not That Kind Of Girl, revealed she had once (as a child) examined her sister"s v****a out of curiosity. While the book has been out for sometime now, it seems the memoir is still causing drama as the 30-year-old"s boyfriend clapped back at one fan on Twitter who inquired about the story.

We can only imagine Miz Dunham appreciates her beau"s unconditional support especially since this story"s been beaten to death at this point. We can"t be the only one who think this, right?
Nonetheless, we"re just happy to see Lena and Jack are still going strong in 2016. In case you forgot, the Golden Globe winner and the Fun guitarist have been dating since September 2012. Not to mention, Jack gifted Lena with a beautiful ring in celebration of their anniversary back in April. Awww!
With July 4 right around the corner, we have a feeling we"ll be seeing these two pop up at mutual bestie Taylor Swift"s summer BBQ. Keep on, keeping on you guys!

Derrick Rose Wants Joakim Noah to Join the New York Knicks
The New York Knicks appear committed to signing free agent center Joakim Noah as soon as possible. Shortly after free agency began at midnight ET on Friday, The Vertical"s Shams Charania reported that the two sides were working on a four-year deal worth more than $70 million. The deal is not done, but it might not be far off, either:
The signing has seemed imminent for days now, and it would represent not just a homecoming for Noah, who grew up in h**l"s Kitchen, but an opportunity to continue playing with guard Derrick Rose. Noah and Rose have been teammates since the Bulls drafted Rose first overall eight years ago.
MORE NBA FREE AGENCY
The upside for New York: In 2014, Noah won Defensive Player of the Year and finished fifth in MVP voting. If he comes close to that level of play with the Knicks, this is a bargain.
The risk: Noah"s last two seasons have been derailed by knee and shoulder injuries. He"s 31 years old, and there"s no guarantee that he"ll be able to produce the way he used to. This is a rather significant gamble, and it takes away some of New York"s financial flexibility. The team needs to add a wing player and depth in free agency, too.

Johnny Manziel Has Real Shot at NFL Comeback Says Ex-NFL QB
It"s become common game by many in America and elsewhere to c**p on lawyers whenever the opportunity presents itself. This is done unfairly in many cases, with a lack of understanding of what the adversarial nature of our legal system requires of legal advocates. For instance, a lawyer that strongly advocates for a client accused of something terrible isn"t himself or herself terrible. That"s the duty of the job.
But for one of the lawyers on the staff of Johnny Manziel, the seemingly troubled and frequent guest of the court who was once primarily known as a football player, it appears both that proper lawyer-ing is a bit more difficult than for most and that he"s a bully to boot. As you may have heard, Bob Hinton, who had been tasked with representing Manziel in his domestic abuse court case, accidentally texted the Associated Press information about his attempts to settle the case in a rather unfavorable light with respect to his client.
An attorney handling Johnny Manziel"s domestic violence case expressed doubts about the Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback"s ability to stay clean and said he was given a receipt that shows Manziel may have spent more than $1,000 at a drug paraphernalia store just 15 hours after he was involved in a hit-and-run crash, according to a lengthy text message accidentally sent to The Associated Press. Defense attorney Bob Hinton"s text indicated Manziel"s legal team was seeking a plea deal with prosecutors, but suggested that could be tricky.
"Heaven help us if one of the conditions is to pee in a bottle," the attorney wrote.
This oops-text happened after the AP had apparently sent Hinton a text message requesting comment about a hit-and-run accident that Manziel was reportedly involved in (Manziel claims to be the victim of the accident). Hinton had meant to text what he sent to the AP to co-counsel. The communication also included information about a smoke-shop receipt that may have indicated that Manziel had been purchasing synthetic marijuana, a fact not useful for the defense team of a high-profile individual with well-covered run-ins involving substance abuse. To accidentally text that information to the Associated Press has to be one of the best examples of what not to do as an attorney for such an individual.
But the really face-palm-inducing move by Hinton was to then threaten to sue the AP if it did any reporting around that text message.
When asked about the text, Hinton said he had meant to send it to co-counsel Jim Darnell and was unaware the AP had received it instead. He insisted the contents were protected by attorney-client privilege and threatened to sue if certain details were published.
I guess we"ll get to take the measure of that threat, as the AP most certainly did report on not only the text, but the subsequent threat as well. Such threats are unlikely to ingratiate a lawyer to the press and, while I won"t say the AP reported because of the threat, it seems like the added threat has given the story some extra flavor, propelling it Streisand-style into wider coverage.
And, not surprisingly, others are now reporting that Hinton has been booted from Manziel"s legal staff as a result. Not a good day for the counselor, I think. The mistake was bad enough, but the attempted cover-up, as always, ends up doing more harm.
Portugal vs Poland 1-1 (PEN 5-3) Highlights and Full Match EURO 2016 | Portugal"s semi-final
Poland have an impressive defensive record at Euro 2016 but standing in their way to a semi-final spot is arguably one of sports greatest-ever athletes, Cristiano Ronaldo.
The monstrous Polish centre back pairing of Michal Pazdan and Kamil Glik face their toughest challenge yet when they come up against Portugal in the last-eight clash in Marseille on Thursday, though their previous matches have not provided much by way of preparation for facing the Real Madrid star.
Describing 29-year-old Ronaldo as the perfect athlete, US lifestyle magazine Mens Health says he hits speeds of more than 32 kph, jumps nearly a metre in the air off one leg, runs an average of 16 km per match and hits more winners in the last 20 minutes than anyone else. Match starts 12:30 tonight!
Google has rolled out new tools to let users see what its ad-tracking service has learned about them, and to let users opt in or out of a new personalised ads service.
The addition to Googles account settings, called My Activity, allows users to review everything that Google has tracked about their behaviour across search, YouTube, Chrome, Android and everything else and edit or delete it at each step.
If you use Google for everything you do, you might be surprised by just how much it catalogues about your comings and goings on the internet.

The My Activity tools comes with new ad preferences. Google currently uses the information it has learned about you to tailor ads across its own services, of which you can opt out.
But now Google is offering to use its behavioural information to tailor ads shown across the wider non-Google internet and Googles search pages, which until now was purely done through the use of cookies.
The big difference to most other moves by similar companies offering ads on its own services and third-party sites, including Facebook, is that Google is making this interest-based advertising extension opt-in, not opt-out. If a user does not actively select to enable the new ad targeting they will not automatically be enrolled.
Google signed-out ad control settings Photograph: Samuel Gibbs for the Guardian
Now there are two separate behavioural advert settings for users to switch on or off as they see fit. One is so-called signed in ads, those on Google services, and signed out ads, those served by Google on third-party sites of which there are over 2m across the internet.
For the privacy conscious, youre unlikely to want to opt in for greater profiling and should you wish to turn off both signed in and signed out ads, Google also has a Chrome extension to permanently opt out of Googles DoubleClick tracking cookie. But to encourage users and make dealing with ads a more palatable proposition Googles making tools available to users to sweeten the deal. These include the ability to mute certain ads, including those that irritatingly seem to follow you around the internet after the odd search or product viewing, and find out why youre seeing particular ads.
The new tools and controls are rolling out to users at the moment, but not everyone has immediate access. Users should get a notification about privacy and security changes in the near future, which will guide them to the new ads settings.
Donkey Of The Day 🐴 - Nick Young (Caught Cheating On Iggy Azalea In Their Home)
After Nick Young"s cheating scandal emerged, it seemed like a breakup with Iggy Azalea was inevitable. However, their split didn"t actually happen for a while afterwards, and more details are emerging that may illuminate why. Life and Style reports that the basketball player is expecting a child with his ex-girlfriend, Keonna Green. They already have one son together, Nick Jr.
Sources say that Keonna is already four months pregnant, and this new development caused a major rift in Iggy and Nick"s relationship.
Iggy was supportive of Nicks friendship with Keonna. He took advantage of Iggys trust. Nick waited until Keonna was four months pregnant to tell Iggy the news," the insider said.
A reporter for the publication approached Keonna at an event last week, and she looked visibly pregnant. When asked if her pregnancy was an accident between her and Nick, she said "yes," and then followed it up with, "No comment."
Yikes! Since Keonna"s social media accounts are private, there"s no way to verify this account. Still, it would certainly shed light into his breakup with Iggy.

Power Play with CJ: Taylor Hall for Adam Larsson Trade
If there is a bright side to the Taylor Hall trade, Connor McDavid will focus on it a little later.
Right now hes coming to grips with having to say goodbye to his teammate, mentor and good friend.
Its definitely a shock, said the 19-year-old franchise player, who thought the Oilers were going to make a big move, but never dreamed it would involve Hall.
People were expecting something to happen, but you can never really plan for something like this until it happens. So everyone is in a little bit of shock.
Change is exciting, but at the same time its upsetting to see a teammate, a dear friend and my roommate go. Its a little bit of a different feeling right now.
McDavid, who lived in Halls house last season and lost both of his roommates in a span 36 hours when the Oilers failed to qualify Luke Gazdic on Monday, says the former first overall pick was a major influence in his rookie season. Not many people can understand what its like to be in McDavids situation rookie superstar/saviour in hockey crazy Edmonton but Hall was there to help him on and off the ice.
He was hoping he and Hall would be Oilers together for a long time, but Wednesdays news put a sudden stop to those dreams.
I want to express thanks for all that hes done for me because hes done so much. Ill never really know how I can repay him, or if Ill ever be able to, for what hes done for me this year.
Hes a guy who took me under his wing right away. Its hard to explain how much that means to me.
The Hall trade, for New Jersey Devils defenceman Adam Larsson, is just one of several major developments for the Oilers this summer. Jesse Puljujarvi fell into their lap in last weekends draft and it looks like theyll be adding Milan Lucic and possibly defenceman Jason Demers when free agency opens July 1.
Thats potentially four impact players added to the roster in a week.
For sure we will have a different dynamic, said McDavid. Whenever you trade away a key piece of your organization, somebody whos been there for a long time, it has to change everything.
Well definitely be a little bit different, but every thing is definitely pointed in the right direction. We added a defenceman, which we definitely needed and well see what happens in free agency.
Its exciting, but like I keep saying, its upsetting to see Taylor go.
Hall had a hole or two in his game (who doesnt?), but he played hard every night. Thats an element that didnt go unnoticed by McDavid.
He totally does (go full speed every game), said McDavid. Being around him for a year you definitely see that. You see how hard he works and how badly he wants to be the best. Its going to be a great opportunity for him in New Jersey.
As for next season with the Oilers, McDavid said there is a lot to look forward to. But right now its about saying goodbye to his buddy.
Im excited for next year, he said. Were adding a piece we definitely need it will help a great deal, but I dont want to forget that were all losing a good friend and a great teammate.

Attentato Istanbul, colpito il simbolo del ponte tra Europa ed Asia
ISTANBUL A Chechen terrorist responsible for training Russian-speaking militants for ISIS is believed to be the planner of Tuesdays deadly Istanbul airport massacre that killed 43, according to Turkish media.
Akhmed Chatayev was identified on a UN sanctions list as an ISIS leader and was wanted by Russian authorities, Reuters reported citing the pro-government Yeni Safak newspaper. Chatayev had been wanted for links to terrorism since 2008, Russia Today reported, citing Russian news agency Ria Novosti.
Another attacker, also Chechen, was named as Osman Vadinov by the Hurriyet newspaper. Vadinov reportedly arrived in Turkey in 2015 from Raqqa, the Syrian capital of ISIS so-called caliphate. Turkish officials did not confirm either Chatayev or Vadinov as being involved in the attack.
Turkish police on Thursday linked the airport suicide bombers to Russia, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, and rounded up 13 more suspects in connection with the attack.State-run Anadolu Agency said the raids were carried out in Istanbul"s Pendik, Basaksehir and Sultanbeyli neighborhoods, which span the city"s Asian and European sides.
Police seized three hunting rifles and documents relating to ISIS.
Authorities said all information suggests the shooting and suicide bombing attack by three assailants late Tuesday on one of the world"s busiest airports was the work of ISIS.
Of those killed, 19 were foreign nationals, three of whom had dual citizenship. More than 230 people were hurt in the attack. Thursday marked a second day of funerals and mourning.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility by the militant group, which used Turkey as a crossing point to establish itself in neighboring Syria and Iraq. ISIS this week boasted to have cells in Turkey, among other countries.
In separate large-scale police operations, nine suspects believed to be linked to ISIS were also detained in the coastal city of Izmir. It was not clear if the suspects had any links to the carnage at the airport.
The report said the suspects were in contact with ISIS militants in Syria and were engaged in "activities that were in line with the organization"s aims and interests," including providing financial sources, recruits and logistical support.
Days before the Istanbul attack, on June 25, security forces killed two suspected Islamic State militants who were trying to cross the border illegally and ignored orders from security forces to stop, according to local media reports.
One of the two militants was wanted by Turkey on suspicion that he would carry out suicide attacks in the capital Ankara or in the southern city of Adana, Anadolu said.
Turkey shares long, porous borders with both Syria and Iraq, where ISIS controls large pockets of territory. The government has blamed ISIS for several major bombings over the past year, including in the capital Ankara, and on tourists in Istanbul.

Johnny Manziel’s Lawyer Accidentally Sends Incriminating Texts About Johnny to Media
John Buhler
Jun 29th 2016 1:54PM
According to TMZ Sports, 2012 Heisman Trophy winner and former Cleveland Browns starting quarterback Johnny Manziel says that he"ll stop partying once he returns from his last vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on July 1st.
Manziel"s partying led him to be released by the Browns less than two years after drafting him in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft out of Texas A&M University. He became a locker room distraction and the Browns parted ways with him shortly after new head coach Hue Jackson took over during 2016 NFL free agency.
SEE ALSO: JJ Watt"s 9,000-calorie daily diet includes a carton of eggs, 3 servings of whole wheat pasta, and at least 4 chicken b*****s
Manziel does plan to get back into the NFL, but will have to curb his off-field antics if any respectable organization will even consider signing him. The most recent development in the Manziel downward spiral was a leaked Instagram post of a girl Manziel is partying with down in Cabo San Lucas is seen holding sunscreen and half a dozen small bags of drugs, presumably cocaine.
TMZ Sports spoke with Manziel and he assured them that those drugs weren"t his. He told TMZ Sports that he"s hanging out in a Cabo San Lucas mansion with 20 people, some of whom he doesn"t know, that he"s not doing any drugs on vacation, and plans to get back into the grind of training to get back into the NFL on July 1st.
The NFL has been a league willing to give its athletes second chances, but at this time, Manziel"s partying has made him toxic and no team will want to bring him into their locker room until he gets sober and gets his off the field issues under complete control. He had the talent to be a first round pick, but hasn"t had the maturity to have the staying power in the NFL.

$140 million. It"s stupid money. It"s money that we can"t even understand. But Andrew Luck"s going to have to get his head around it with his new contract.
Now, he won"t receive the money in a lump sum, but for the sake of visualizing just how much cash this is, we"re going to pretend he will.
Here"s just how much money Andrew Luck is going to make:
He could buy a Boeing 757 and still have $40 million to spare.
If he donated all his money to Gleaners Food Bank, he could provide 420 million meals to hungry Hoosiers. That would feed every person in the combined populations of Fort Wayne and Evansvillethree meals a day for a year.
He could buy the naming rights for Lucas Oil Stadium. The Lucas family provided a paltry $122 million over 20 years.
He could buy 146 of the most expensive guitar Jim Irsay has ever purchased -- aFender Stratocaster used byBob Dylan.
Since he"s a big reader, he could donate his whole haul to IndyReads and provide76,712 YEARS of literacy training.
Your move, Luck.

Here"s a roundup of news trending across the nation and world today.
What to know now:
1. Supreme Court rulings: The U.S. Supreme Court struck down restrictions in a Texas abortion law Monday, a decision that could lead to challenges to abortion legislation across the nation. In other rulings, the court upheld a law that keeps those convicted of domestic violence from owing a firearm, and set aside the bribery conviction of former Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell.
2. Mississippi ruling: A district judge in Mississippi ruled Monday that clerks in the state cannot deny same-s*x marriage licenses to homosexual couples, despite a new state law set to go into effect on July 1. The law, HB 1523, allows clerks to recuse themselves from providing a marriage license to same-s*x couples if they feel it is against their religious belief. The law does, however, require that clerks provide information on howsame-s*x couples can get a marriage license. "If this opinion by the federal court denies even one Mississippian of their fundamental right to practice their religion, then all Mississippians are denied their 1st Amendment rights, Lt. Gov.Tate Reevessaid Monday. I hope the states attorneys will quickly appeal this decision to the5th Circuitto protect the deeply held religious beliefs of all Mississippians.
3. Tebow helps with emergency: Former University of Florida and NFL quarterback Tim Tebow came to the aid of the family of a man having a heart attack on a Delta Airlines flight to Phoenix on Sunday. As the man became ill, passengers and crew offered to help, according to one witness. Some offered the man medical help while Tebow comforted the family and prayed with a section of the plane, the witness said. I observed a guy walking down the aisle. That guy was Tim Tebow. He met with the family as they cried on his shoulder! I watched Tim pray with the entire section of the plane for this man. He made a stand for G*d in a difficult situation, witness Richard Gotti said.
4. Pat Summitt dies: Pat Summitt, the winningest coach -- male or female -- in NCAA Division I basketball, died early Tuesday. Summitt who led Tennessee"s Lady Vols to eight championships, was diagnosed in 2011 with early-onset Alzheimer"s disease. Summitt was 64.
5. Ikea recalls chests: Ikea is recalling several chests and dressers after six children died when the furniture fell on them. The company has issued a voluntary recall of about 29 million chests and dressers, the Consumer Product Safety Commission says. At least 36 children have been injured by the chests and dressers, according to the company. Ikea is offering a refund or repair kit for the affected dressers.
And one more
All of you celebrating someones birthday today can relax you wont have to fork over any royalties when you warble out Happy Birthday To You at the party. A district judge ruled Monday that the song is now in the public domain, meaning no one owns the song or can charge anyone for using it commercially. The ruling ends the claims of ownership Warner/Chappell Music, the music publishing company that has been collecting royalties on the song for years.

Live Stream - RX 480 PCYes x GTX 970 MSI (testes e guerra)
AMDs new RX480 card has launched today, which means benchmarks and power efficiency tests galore popping up across the internet. Among the many articles, reviewers at Toms Hardware reported something troubling regarding power draw on the PCI Express slot.
In their testing, they found that the RX480 they had received for review drew 86W through the PCIE slot. Thats 11W above the maximum 75W specification required to meet compliance.
AMDs Senior VP and Chief Architect Raja Koduri was fortuitously present for an Ask Me Anything event earlier today, and addressed the issue when asked (gfxchiptweeter is Koduri).
We have extensive testing internally on our PCIE compliance and RX480 passed our testing, he writes. However we have received feedback from some of the reviewers on high current observed on PCIE in some cases. We are looking into these scenarios as we speak and reproduce these scenarios internally. Our engineering team is fully engaged.
If widespread, the non-compliant power draw would be a serious issue for AMD. However, there are other possibilities. The card received for review at Toms could be faulty in some way, or something went array with the testing. Reviewers were working with cards that could flash the BIOS to use either 4GB or 8GB of VRAM (to save sending a pair of cards to everyone, presumably), so thats another difference between review and market models.
For now, its something for AMDs engineers to take a good look at.
Update: A further comment from AMD states that the RX480 met Peripheral Component Interconnect Special Interest Group (PCI-SIG) compliance testing. So it passed external industry testing as well as internal tests.
Obviously there are a few GPUs exhibiting anomalous behavior, and weve been in touch with these reviewers for a few days to better understand their test configurations to see how this could be possible, that post says. We will have more on this topic soon as we investigate, but its worth reminding people that only a very small number of hundreds of RX 480 reviews worldwide encountered this issue.
All eyes are on swimming phenom Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian of all time, as he prepares to hit the pool for the Olympics in Rio. Here are 10 things you might not have known about the super athlete they call the human fish.
When Phelps was 15, he became the youngest swimmer on the U.S. Olympic team since 1932.
In Bejiing in 2008, Phelps won eight gold medals, the most of any athlete in a single Olympic games.
Rather than just one swim cap, Phelps prefers to wear two so that he is more aerodynamic.
Phelps teammates like to call him Gomer, but most people call him Iron Mike.
Since he wears a size 14 shoe, sometimes people playfully refer to his feet as fins.
Phelps renowned dolphin-like kick can be attributed to his double-jointed knees and elbows.
When Michael Phelps was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, aka ADHD, he says it was his mother, Debbie, who taught him to focusin and out of the pool.
He watches SportsCenter and sleeps in order to relax when hes done in the pool.
Even Michael Phelpsthe most decorated Olympian of all timehas a favorite athlete. His happens to be Michael Jordan.
To prepare for the Olympics, Phelps swims for two to five hours a day, six to seven days a week.

Former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow rushed to offer support and comfort to distressed passengers on a Delta Air Lines flight over the weekend when a man onboard experienced a medical emergency.
Passengers of Flight 1772 from Atlanta to Phoenix took to social media to praise Mr. Tebows selfless actions and the crews professional response when an older passenger reportedly started having heart problems.
[Tebow] made a stand for G*d in a difficult situation, passenger Richard Gotti wrote in a Facebook post Sunday that has now been shared over 9,000 times and confirmed by ABC Newss Jeffrey Cook. He met with the family as they cried on his shoulder! I watched Tim pray with the entire section of the plane for this man.
Tebow has never been shy about sharing his Christian convictions, and his public expressions of his faith have been both lauded and criticized in the past.
Tim Tebow is one of the major venues for this ongoing argument about Christianity in our public life, Tom Krattenmaker, author of "Onward Christian Athletes: Turning Ballparks into Pulpits and Players into Preachers" told The Christian Science Monitor in 2011.
People of faith see something much bigger than football, as Tebow defines what it means to follow Jesus in a jaded and uncertain modern world.
People tired of pro sports" descent toward criminal behavior, vanity, and self-indulgence see in Tebow an honorable new model for manhood.
And people affronted by public displays of religious fervor see in Tebow a showy type of faith that offends and even perverts scripture, as G. Jeffrey MacDonald wrote.
But when Tebow joined his fellow passengers in prayer on the Delta flight, he was contributing to a group effort of people pitching in the best way they knew how.
I watched strangers from all over the world and every ethnicity come to the help of this man for over an hour! Whether it was chest compressions, starting an IV, helping breathe life into this man, or praying everyone helped! wrote Mr. Gotti on Facebook.
Tebow helped the mans wife and friend retrieve their luggage and waited with them at the hospital as the man received medical attention, as People Magazine reported. The man later reportedly died in the hospital.
A Delta spokesman confirmed to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that a medical emergency had been declared on the flight, though the airlines doesnt release information about who is on flights.
"We can"t say enough about the Delta professionals who care for our customers every day and we are grateful to our customers who are so often quick to extend kindness and care to one another," Delta spokesman Brian Kruse said.
Tebow hasnt commented on the incident publicly yet, but he spoke with People in Februaryabout prayerfully helping others, saying, "Our purpose is to bring faith, hope and love to those in their darkest hour of need. And those people are everywhere. You just have to open your eyes to see them."
Lenny Dykstra took steroids during his career, got hooked on opiates after - "The Herd"
There is no such thing as a boring conversation with Lenny Dykstra.
Yet for a guy who has admitted to blackmailing umpires, taking steroids prescribed by a hillbilly doctor and forcing Craigslist housekeepers to give him a massage, you have to wonder when the former Phillies center fielder is going to run out of things to open up about.
On Tuesday, Dykstra had another revelation to share with the world: He has embarked on a new post-baseball career moonlighting as a male gigolo for elderly women.
I thought G*d put me on Earth to entertain people on the baseball field but He actually put me on earth to [pleasure women], Dykstra said on Howard Stern"s SiriusXM Radio show. Im like Picasso.
Dykstra told Stern how several elderly clients pay him for companionship and romantic dinner dates.Dykstra noted that for most of the older women, its more about intimacy than s*x. Their bones are brittle, he said.
Stern asked if Dykstra would have s*x with a woman who was Dykstra"s age.
If they paid me, he responded. Its my duty.
Warning: NSFW language
Dykstra also visited the Dan Patrick Show, where he made it clear which of his former teams was wilder off the field.
"I didnt even know what partying was with the Mets, Dykstra told Patrick. That whole Mets team is made out to be some crazy, wild group. Our Phillies made them look like children. We had fun and made people like it.
Dykstra said he partied hard with his Phillies teammates, whether it was booze, drugs or other things. It was their reputation as a wild crew that made them so intimidating to other squads.
"It was rocketships, roids ... and the other teams knew it, too, Dykstra said. [The league] didnt want any part of us.
As it does often with Dykstra, the topic quickly turned to steroids, which the slugger admitted he started to take after being traded from the Mets to the Phillies in 1989 and becoming the teams everyday center fielder.
Im a small guy, Dykstra told Patrick. My body just couldnt hold up.
Dykstra said the average fan doesnt understand how grueling the 162-game season is for players.
As weird as this sounds, I actually did [steroids] for the right reason, Dykstra said. I did it for my family and my ability to stay on the field.
So what other Phillies were using steroids? Anybody who was good, an unusually reserved Dykstra said, unwilling to name anyone. The only ones who werent using them were stupid.

Dow Jones 30 Week Forecast for the week of June 27 2016, Technical Analysis
Talking Points
-Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) fell towards a support zone near 17,300
-DJIA technical picture remains bullish for the time being
-Considering buying a dip above 16,500 in the void of program selling
In the wake of the Brexit vote calling for UK to leave the EU, global equities remain shaky as uncertainty pervades the market. While the European politicians sort through how to make the divorce happen, the market is left to ponder how messy it could be and what skeletons may be hiding in a closet. One such skeleton could be the fear of forced selling resulting from program investors adjusting to the increased volatility. Typically, as volatility increases, trade sizes decrease meaning algos might pare back their current positions. This forced selling continues the cycle of increased volatility. Though we dont know if the volatility will continue, it is a risk to be mindful of.
While navigating the volatile market, be mindful that leverage on trades exaggerates the markets movements. We urge low amounts of leverage or no leverage at all in these environments. (Read more about the effects of leverage in our Traits of Successful Traders research.)
Prior to the vote last week, we were considering a short position on ensuing rallies with an initial target towards 17,300. US30, a CFD which tracks the DJIA, is sitting in the zone of 17,300 with a current print of 17,250 as we write. So, what is next?
In times like these, it is important to take a step back and as best as possible, wipe the name off the chart and see what technical patterns may be evolving. As traders, we inherently bring a bias as to which direction we think US30 ought to go based on how weve processed the communication of what a Brexit means. Therefore, we need to neutralize as much of our bias as possible.
As we look at the technical picture for US30, one thing sticks out. We are only a few points off all-time highs. In fact, from the February 11, 2016 low to Fridays close, US30 hasnt retraced 38% of the previous uptrend which is quite shallow. I can appreciate how going into the vote, traders were expecting a Bremain and equities may have been bid up. However, the surprising Brexit result merely peeled away a couple of percentage points and the technical picture remains bullish for the time being.
Technical arguments for bulls:
-Price remains above the 200 Day Simple Moving Average
-Price has retraced less than 38% of the February 11 to April 20 up trend
-The move lower since April 20 appears to be a 3 wave correction (labeled a-b-c) suggesting the trend is still higher
In summary, these next couple of days will help set the mood. Technically, the picture is still bullish. Therefore, a void of program selling supports buying at cheaper levels. However, if program selling kicks in, that selling could spark another round volatility.
Holding above the February 11 low of 15,503 is critical to the bullish outlook. Below 16,070 will begin to show cracks in the bullish foundation. Below 16,070 could be an early warning signal of even deeper losses coming. Otherwise, consider buying dips above 16,500.

Caitlyn Jenner Covers Sports Illustrated, Talks Manhood and Sports
Caitlyn Jenner is the first o trans person to grace the cover ofSports Illustrated, revisiting
The transgender reality TV star and former athlete first graced the cover of Sports Illustrated after taking home the gold medal for the decathlon, a combined event involving 10 individual track and field events. Jenner, whobecame one of the first faces on Wheaties boxes, raked in sponsorships and interviews aplenty.
But her latest cover for the sports magazine.Since announcing her transition, Jenner has been shedding light on the trans community and starting conversations about a group too often excluded from the limelight.
Since her Vanity Fair coverin July, Jenner has gone on to film a reality series documenting her transition called I Am Cait and startedwriting a book with Friday Night Lightsauthor Buzz Bissinger. She has given speeches about being both a conservative Republican and a trans woman, including one while accepting the 2015 Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPYs.

Now perhaps best known for her role on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Jennerhas received both tremendous support and widespread criticism since publicly transitioning some her bravery in coming out later in life, while others have suggested she is only transitioningfor publicity. Some have called into question Jenner"s conservative values as she"s become more involved in the trans community.
But whatever the opinion about Jenner specifically, the SI cover can be seen as a noteworthy moment for the trans community and its fight for awareness.

After being disappointed Sunday night in not being named an NCAA regional host, the Coastal Carolina baseball team and its supporters gathered together Monday in anticipation to watch the full tournament selection show and learn where the Chanticleers will start what they hope is an extended postseason run.
Players, coaches, university officials and around 100 or so others packed into Handleys Pub & Grub in Carolina Forest and cheered when the ESPNU broadcast revealed the Chants will be a No. 2-seed in Raleigh, N.C., in a double-elimination regional that also includes host N.C. State, No. 3-seeded St. Marys and No. 4 Navy.
The No. 15-ranked Chants (44-15) will open the tournament Friday at 2 p.m. against St. Marys (33-23).
Im just excited to get the opportunity to play in the Raleigh regional. Obviously were disappointed that we cant host here at home, but well be ready to go up there and get after it, coach Gary Gilmore said.
Coastal Carolina, which swept the Big South regular-season and tournament titles, was hoping its No. 12 RPI and No. 7-rated non-conference strength of schedule would be enough to make it one of the 16 regional host sites for the first time since 2010. The Chants won their last 10 games and 31 of their last 37, but that momentum wasnt enough to sway the selection committee.
Five teams that finished behind the Chants in the RPI earned the right to host, including a Virginia team they beat early in the season.
By Monday, though, Gilmore said he and his team had moved on from that slight.
It was disappointing, nothing more. We have to be good people. Im disappointed only for the fact the kids had worked hard to do it and [we] very much wanted to showcase our stadium and our fans and the whole nine yards. But were okay, he said. ... Im not on the committee. Every team thats in it is deserving. I thought we were deserving as well. Its not an easy task what they do.
Said senior closer Mike Morrison: Thats out of our [control]. Were high right now, weve won 10 in a row, thats about all we can control. Regardless of where we go were going to be all right. Its honestly just exciting. We get to continue to play baseball. [For] a couple of us, we dont have much time left so to continue to play baseball is something special.
St. Marys, out of Moraga, Calif., won the West Coast Conference Championship over the weekend to earn its first ever NCAA regionals berth.
The Gaels top pitcher is 6-foot-3 junior right-hander Corbin Burnes, who boasts a 9-1 record, 2.23 earned-run average, .208 opponents batting average and 112 strikeouts (against 31 walks) in 97 innings.
Offensively they are led by sophomore Zach Kirtley (.326 batting average, 7 home runs, 43 RBIs), sophomore Joey Fiske (.310, 17 stolen bases), senior Anthony Gonsolin (.304-6-25) and senior Anthony Villa (.297-7-39).
place_quote1
The Chants and Gaels have never met in baseball. Coastal Carolina has played regional host N.C. State 27 times, including a 13-10 win by the Wolfpack back in February.
Gilmore only wanted to focus on his teams first obstacle, though.
We play St. Marys so Im not worried about N.C. State right now, to be honest with you, he said. If we look ahead well be in the losers bracket, I can tell you that right now. Even though theyre a West Coast team and whatever, theyll play a style [of] baseball that will really challenge us.
Overall, this marks the Chants 14th regionals appearance in the last 16 seasons. They were also a No. 2 seed last year in the College Station, Texas., regional where they went 1-2.
That was a much different team, though. By that point injuries had cost the Chants their top two starting pitchers and their power-hitting catcher.
This Coastal Carolina team comes in fully equipped with a healthy pitching staff and an offense ranked second in the NCAA Division I with 89 home runs.
Last year, that was an incredibly hard regional. All of the prognosticators said it was the toughest one in the country, and there was no doubt with the talent that [of] those four teams, Gilmore said. ... Its not like this is going to be easy, I can promise you that. But at least we match up personnel-wise with these teams probably better than what we did last year.
After all the suspense and waiting the last couple days to learn their postseason draw, the Chants are just ready to turn their focus toward their next challenge now.
A lot of predictions and stuff beforehand, but you never really know where youre going to go, senior right fielder Connor Owings said. Were heading to Raleigh with a very good N.C. State team. We got matched up with St. Marys, I dont really know much about them, but I assume theyre a very good team, so were going to get ready for them and hope for the best.
As Britain reels from the aftershock of its decision to withdraw from the European Union, Nigel Farage, one of the most vocal Brexit advocates, insulted EU officials on Tuesday by saying they were in denial and that they had "never had a proper job before."
"The reason you"re so upset, the reason you"re so angry, has been perfectly clear from all the angry exchanges this morning," he told EU leaders during an emergency meeting in Brussels.
"You, as a political project, are in denial. You are in denial that your currency is failing."
Farage"s remarks, which apparently ignored the British pound"s precipitous decline in the wake of Thursday"s referendum, drew loud jeers from members of the EU Parliament, with one of the sharpest attacks coming from European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker:
Following the emergency session, Farage took a moment to congratulate himself for his speech, further highlighting parallels between him and master self-promoter Donald Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee for president.
The clashes on Tuesday come amid calls from EU officials for Britain to exit from the European Union swiftly, so as to stem any further international and economic uncertainty in the aftermath of the unprecedented vote. British Prime Minister David Cameron has insisted his successor should be in place to manage the transition when he steps down from office in October. Brexit leaders, however, have resisted, saying there was "no need for haste" after the vote.
Several Delta Air Lines customers are saluting former football player and SEC Network analyst Tim Tebow along with the Delta crew after they witnessed them running to another passenger"s aid in the middle of a flight.
This is just a week after Tebow visited his former teammate who was wounded in the Orlando shootings.

Richard Gotti told the story on his Facebook page. He was traveling from Atlanta to Phoenix when a man began having obvious heart problems.
"Then all of a sudden, I observed a guy walking down the aisle. That guy was Tim Tebow. He met with the family as they cried on his shoulder! I watched Tim pray with the entire section of the plane for this man," Gotti said on Facebook.
A flight attendant also said they witnessed Tebow leave his first class seat to run to the aid of the concerned passenger.
Another woman captured a photo of Tebow assessing the situation and posted it to Instagram:
A Delta spokesperson told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that they were happy to hear their flight crew also acted in such a timely manner.
