Flop: Yikes! Mariah Carey totally missed the mark in a garrish head-to-toe leather ensemble. The singer totally overdid it with her leather jacket, leather skinnies, leather booties and leather bag.

Styling leather can be tricky -- too much of it and your look can end up in gaudy territory.
That"s exactly what happened to Mariah Carey this week when she stepped out in head-to-toe leather. Her outfit, which consisted of a size-too-small black leather jacket, black leather skinnies, black leather booties and a black leather bag, had us totally cringing! Pro tip: mix and match one or two of these items with other materials for a more toned-down ensemble.

Carey wasn"t the only one to totally miss the mark this week in a garrish ensemble. Fellow powerhouse singer, Demi Lovato, rocked a wild, thigh-high lace-up boots on stage this week that could have been loosened up a bit ... Her shins were paper white!
Unlike Carey and Lovato, Bella Hadid was able to pull off an edgy ensemble. The model rocked black skinnies and sleek booties with a moto jacket and matching satchel. Sometimes, less is more!
