Kanye West Announces The Saint Pablo Tour - The Drop Presented by ADD

Kanye West will kick off his first North American tour in three years at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, promoter Live Nation announced Tuesday morning.
Tickets for the Aug. 25 Indianapolis show will go on sale June 18. American Express card members can buy tickets before the general sale until June 17 at 10 p.m. West hasn"t performed in Indianapolis since a 2006 appearance at the Indiana State Fair.
West will be promoting his most recent album, "The Life of Pablo,"which was released exclusively by music streaming serviceTidalon Feb. 14.
West shares part ownership of Tidal, along with Jay Z and a handful ofother big-nameartists. Since that first release, West released the album again with several updates and changes to songs. West said on Twitter thatthe album was a "living, breathing, changing creative expression."
While"TheLife Of Pablo"is now available for purchase via West"s website and can be streamed on Apple Music and Spotify, it is still only available in the digital format. Being limited to digital downloads did not stop "The Life Of Pablo"from becoming the first album to debut at the top of the Billboard 200 album chart from streaming services only.
West is a 22-time Grammy Award winner and has been named one of Time Magazine"s most influential people twice.Some of his most popular songs include "Gold Digger," "Stronger," "Ni**as In Paris,""FourFiveSeconds," "Heartless," "Clique" and a song that was the subject of a recent controversy involving Taylor Swift, "Famous."
Aside from music, West recently became involved in the fashion industry with the creation of his fashion label, Yeezy Supply,and just released a trailer for an interactive video game that will feature his music. The video game does not currently have a release date.
Fans expressed their excitement for the Saint Pablo tour via Twitter early this morning.
