While the world mourns victims of last weeks terror attacks at France, residents of Martinique are grieving for Clarissa Jean-Philippe, the unarmed Martinique-born French policewoman who was believed to be killed by terrorists.
Clarissa Jean-Philippe who was new to the police force was shot and killed Jan. 8 in a Paris suburb.
