PES 2016 Real Madrid vs Atletico de Madrid UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL (La Previa - Opinion)
An unusual experience for TV viewers this Saturday: premium European football available to view for free, and not an Andy Townsend in sight.
BT Sport opened it up to the floor, as it were, showing the Real Madrid vs Atltico Madrid Champions League Final on its Sport Showcase freeview channel, as well as streaming the game on You Tube for all.
Naturally, BT Sport was not doing this as a charity outreach or a display of munificence, although they might conceivably have felt that Rio Ferdinands bow tie deserved the widest possible audience they could give it. Instead, it was part of the deal with which they acquired the rights to the competition. They had done the same for Liverpools Europa League Consolation Plate Final but, well, thats not quite the same thing, is it?

It had all been going so well for English referee Mark Clattenburg.
The English referee came into this match on the back of a difficult few weekscriticised for his performance in the FA Cup final between Manchester United and Crystal Palace, as well as Tottenham"s bad-tempered 2-2 draw against Chelsea but the first half of the Champions League final had been a relatively uneventful affair.
Not so the second-half. Within a few minutes of the half beginning,Pepe lunged forward to prevent Fernando Torres from receiving the ball just within Real Madrid"s penalty area, only to send the ex-Chelsea striker sprawling to the turf.
Torres immediately appealed for the decision and Clattenburg was forced into a decision: penalty, or no penalty? He opted for the former.
