Scott and his baby mama continued his birthday celebration, this time taking it on the road to Vegas Friday night, where they partied at 1 OAK with Malika Haqq, Tyga, Odel Beckham Jr., and a bunch of others.

And Vicky Pattison and Spencer Matthews were spotted on a date night for the first time on Wednesday, taking their fledgling flirtation to the next level over dinner and drinks at Novikov in London.
The 28-year-old reality star"s outing comes just as she confessed she was intrigued by the former Made In Chelsea lothario"s charms, yet remained wary of his bad boy past.

Vicky exclusively told MailOnline: "Hes a lovely lad, I cant fault him. We havent spent that much time together, we"ve only seen each other twice, so Im not really sure whats there yet.
"I am wary of his history and his past - and I"m not really sure I"m his type."
Referring to the posh MIC crowd including Quality Street heiress Millie Mackintosh and McVities"s descendant Jamie Laing, Vicky joked: "Most of Spencers exes invented biscuits or chocolates.
"My granddad worked down the mines! I dont know if this has got legs."

Vicky was looking lovely in a dressed down ensemble for her night on the town, mixing glamour and casual for an effortless vibe.
She paired leather trousers with a baggy grey jumper and a chic camel jacket, rounding off the look with a pair of leopard print heels.

This comes after Vicky confessed she had been on a date with notorious bad boy Spencer.
The MIC star is known for his colourful love life and inability to stay faithful to his girlfriends, having dated - and cheated on - a long list of his co-stars including Louise Thompson, Lauren Hutton and Lucy Watson.

Writing in her column for new!, Vicky revealed: "I went on a date with a certain Spencer Matthews last week. We enjoyed a lovely night having drinks and dinner."
Vicky also shared an Instagram post with the cryptic caption, "I"m in trouble", later branding the MIC heartthrob her "Man Crush Monday".
During an appearance on Loose Women, Vicky also admitted if Spencer had stayed longer in the jungle the two reality stars would have probably shared "a cheeky kiss".
The feisty brunette was then asked about who sent her a huge bouquet of red roses on Valentine"s Day.

She added that she"s waiting for Spencer to complete his treatment for steroid addiction before pursuing anything: "I think Spencer has a lot of stuff hes got to deal with and a lot of stuff to occupy his time, Im assuming I should give him some space to do that.
