Granted, not a lot of people celebrate Presidents Day. And that makes sense, in a way, because technically Presidents Day doesnt exist as a federal holiday. Legislated into existence by the oh-so-festive-sounding Uniform Monday Holiday Act of 1971, the official federal holiday refers specifically to George Washington.
