A 13-year-old opera singer left the Americas Got Talent judges speechless Tuesday and walked away with the seasons first golden buzzer.
Laura Bretan was nervous as she got on stage for the audition of a lifetime in front of Simon Cowell, Mel B, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel.
Bretan then went on to earn a standing ovation with her rendition of Nessun Dorma even receiving high praise from Simon Cowell.
You came out like a jelly. I didnt think you would be able to talk. And then Im thinking to myself, oh my G*d if she starts to sing this is not going to work. And then that just happened. I have never heard anything like that in all the years Ive been doing this show. Seriously, said Cowell. It was unbelievable. What made it even better is the fact that you are such a sweet person, so humble, not even aware of how amazing you are.
You literally made all my hairs stand up on end, and youre only 13 years old, said former Spice Girl Mel B. I think this that this show is going to completely change your life. And Im going to change your life right now.
Mel B then slammed her hand down on the golden buzzer, sending confetti down on Bretan and propelling her straight to the live shows.
It was Bretans first appearance on Americas Got Talent, but she is no stranger to the stage. She left the judged on Romanias Got Talent similarly stunned in April. She is also a three time Stars of Tomorrow winner at the famed Apollo Theater.
WATCH LIVE NEWS Breaking Political Fox News Chat Donald Trump Interview Hannity Hillary Clinton
Sen. Bernie Sanders on Sunday called California the big enchilada in his bid to overtake Hillary Clinton and claim the Democratic presidential nomination.
Asked on NBCs "Meet the Press" about his chances of winning, Sanders acknowledged that he needed to do very well in the June 7primary.
What I want to do, and I think we can, is win California here, and win under the big vote, do very, very well in the other five states, Sanders said.
ModeratorChuck Toddasked if his campaign is over if he loses in California.
No, Sanders replied.
California is very, very important, 475 superdelegates. Obviously if we don"t do well in California, it will make our pathmuch harder. No question about it. But I think we have a good chance to winning California, maybe win big, and maybe win four or five of the other states that are off on June 7th.California is the big enchilada, so to speak.
Sanders said Donald Trump would be disaster as president and pledged to do everything that I can to make sure that does not happen.
But he said a Democratic victory required a focus on working families, not Wall Street.
If Secretary Clinton is the nominee, it is her job to reach out to millions of people and make the case as to why she is going to defend working families and the middle, provide healthcare for all people, take on Wall Street, deal aggressively with climate change. That is the candidate"s job to do, he said.
That focus, he said, also extended to Clinton"s eventual pick of a running mate. Todd suggested Sen. Tim Kaine, (D-Va.), who is thought to be on Clinton"s VP short list, might be too conservative for Sanders.
Sanders said only that he liked Kaine, but that "for Democrats to win, they are going to have to address the needs of working people."
Asked whether he would use his clout to push for stronger recognition of the plight of Palestinians livingunder Israeli control in the West Bank, Sanders stressed he remains "100% pro-Israel in the sense of Israel"s right to exist" but added that "the United States has got to respect the needs of the Palestinian people. They cannot be pushed aside."
Khloe Kardashian is reportedly dating Odell Beckham Jr and the pair were spotted together at a recent bash at Drake"s house.
The 31-year-old reality TV star was spotted looking cosy with the 23-year-old NFL player at Drake"s Memorial Day party on Monday at his Hidden Hills mansion.
A source told TMZ that they were "definitely into each other" and "looked like a couple".
Odell, who plays for the New York Giants, previously revealed he has been living with Drake during his off-season from football.
He said: "That"s my guy right there. Somebody whose mindset is the same as yours, and they want nothing but success, they want to be the best. We just click on a level like that."
And before Khloe, he was linked to Zendaya, who joked he was "auditioning" to date her after attending a Grammy party with her and her father Kazembe Ajamu Coleman.
When asked if they were dating, she replied: "He"s auditioning".
She added: "It wasn"t really a date. We went to some events together, because we"re friends. We were with a group; we were with multiple people."
"But here"s the thing: Even if it does progress, you gotta go through my dad first. Just because you"re in the NFL, you killin" stuff, that doesn"t mean you get to skip past pops. He"s not going to allow that to happen."
Meanwhile, it has been claimed that police were called to Drake"s Memorial Day party after a fight broke out.

There were a number of noise complaints about rapper"s bash between 9pm and 10.30pm and video footage shows a group of women brawling.
TMZ reports that busloads of women were seen arriving at the Hidden Hills mansion and the party "got extremely rowdy as the day went on and several girl fights erupted".
Paramedics were also spotted at the scene but no injuries have been reported.

1m for first pictures of Blac Chyna"s baby
Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna could be paid $1 million for the first pictures of their baby.
(Bang)
The couple are expecting their first child together following a whirlwind romance and, according to TMZ, they will receive the huge sum for a photoshoot and interview.
Meanwhile, Blac has claimed her relationship with Rob"s family is "fantastic".
(Instagram)
Although the reclusive reality TV star"s family were initially reported to be furious when he started dating Blac - who had been locked in a long-running feud with his sister Kylie Jenner - the former model insists that things between them all are perfect.
Rob and Blac got engaged after just a few months of dating and announced Blac"s pregnancy in April but she insists that they are in no rush to wed.
(Instagram)
She told Entertainment Tonight: "We"re taking things slow. Everyone"s happy! Things with Rob"s family are fantastic."
Blac, 28, already has a three-year-old son King Cairo, whose father is Tyga, the ex-boyfriend of Rob"s sister Kylie, 18 and it was previously claimed that the Kardashians were concerned that Rob, 29, would "shut them out" if they didn"t try and accept his wife-to-be.
A source said: "The family in general still feels Rob"s relationship with Chyna is very rushed. They were hoping that Chyna would be more like a rebound. Someone who was able to help Rob, but that he then would move on. They never expected an engagement and a baby.
(Instagram)
"Rob has made it clear though that this is what he wants. He seems very happy. The family knows that they need to be on his side, or he will shut them out. They are really playing by Rob"s rules now."
The relationship between Rob and Blac was said to be particularly "difficult" for his mother Kris Jenner but it is good "from a business aspect" as it will make fantastic viewing on their E! reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians".
The insider added: "Kris has had a difficult time with the whole situation. It"s definitely been frustrating for her. But the baby will be welcomed. Just like with Kris" other grandkids, Rob"s baby will be loved and spoiled.
"From a business aspect, Rob"s new life is great for the show. They have had some problems coming up with new storylines. Rob"s baby is great."
A Seattle burlesque dancer is speaking out against JetBlue after a flight crew recently deemed her shorts inappropriate.
The woman, who goes by the stage name Maggie McMuffin, said a JetBlue gate attendant approached her while she was waiting in line May 18 at the Boston airport to catch a connecting flight to Seattle, a local CBS News affiliate reported.
She said she was wearing the same white and black striped shorts she wore on her flight from New York to Boston earlier that day, without incident.
[The attendant] told me that she was really sorry for bringing this up but just what I was wearing was not appropriate and the flight crew had discussed it and the pilot had decided that I needed to put something else on or I would not be allowed to board the flight, Ms. McMuffin recalled.
She said it was the only outfit with her so she offered a compromise.
I could tie a sweater around my waist, she told a local ABC News affiliate. I could get a blanket from you guys, and they said, If you dont change your clothes, youre not going to be able to board this flight.
She said she was offered to be booked on another flight, but she decided to buy a pair of shorts at an airport gift shop so she could get home on time.
A JetBlue spokesman said in a statement that the gate and on-board crew discussed the the womans clothing and determined that the burlesque shorts may offend other families on the flight.
While the customer was not denied boarding, the crew members politely asked if she could change. The customer agreed and continued on the flight without interruption, the statement said. We support our crew members discretion to make these difficult decisions, and we decided to reimburse the customer for the cost of the new shorts and offered a credit for future flight as a good will gesture.
JetBlue offered a $162 flight credit and a refund for the $22 sleep trunks Ms. McMuffin wore home, but she said thats not enough. She said she feels disrespected.
I would say body shaming and s**t shaming more than outright sexism, but it is really hard to remove those two things from misogyny, she told ABC News.
Ms. McMuffin is asking for a personal apology from the pilot, a clearly stated dress code for airline passengers and a larger cash refund for the flight, CBS News reported.
Well, the Oklahoma City Thunder once again failed to make it to the NBA Finals. After arriving well ahead of schedule in 2012, the Thunder havent been able to make it out of the gauntlet out West, even with all-world talents like Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant on the squad. Taking the defending, 73-9 champs to seven games is nothing to shake a stick at, but its those failures that have opened the door for the rumors to swirl on KDs impending free agency. The wishful thinking goes that KD might leave for greener, more championship-smelling pastures, and few teams offer as convincing a case as the Warriors.
It may seem strange to tab the team that knocked Durant out of the playoffs as his most likely destination if he indeed leaves Oklahoma City, but why would KD mess around building another super-team if he knows that the best squad in the NBA wants him? And if youre wondering if they do indeed want him, allow Andre Iguodalas Freudian slip after the game to convince you.
He made some really tough shots, which is what I expected, Iguodala said of Durant. Hes a fighter and competitor and fought to the end. It must be fun playing with a guy like that.
Iguodala quickly added a follow-up: Unless Im not playing with him.
Donald Trump Assassination Is What Glenn Beck And Guest Said! Beck Suspended On Sirius

SiriusXM hosts Stephen K. Bannon and David Webb announced on Breitbart News Daily that SiriusXM has suspended Glenn Beck and Webb will temporarily take over Becks 9AM to noon Eastern time slot on SiriusXMs Patriot Channel 125.
SiriusXM issued the following statement:
SIGN UP FOR OUR NEWSLETTER
SiriusXM encourages a diversity of discourse and opinion on our talk programs. However, comments recently made by a guest on the independently produced Glenn Beck Program, in our judgement, may be reasonably construed by some to have been advocating harm against an individual currently running for office, which we cannot and will not condone. For that reason, we have suspended The Glenn Beck Program from our Patriot channel for the coming week and are evaluating its place in our lineup going forward. SiriusXM is committed to a spirited, robust, yet responsible political conversation and believes this action reflects those values.
The suspension is in response to the interview Beck did with fiction author Brad Thor last Wednesday, in which Thor likened the GOPs presumptive nominee Donald Trump to a South American-style dictator who would cause an extinction-level event for the country if elected. Thor then declared that in such a case, Congress would not be able to remove Trump from office by legal means through impeachment, so Thor asked what patriot will step up and do that if Trump oversteps his Constitutional restraints. Beck agreed with Thors assessment.
Here is the exchange:
THOR: He is a danger to America and I got to ask you a question andthis is serious and this could ring down incredible heat on me becauseIm about to suggest something very bad. It is a hypothetical I am going to ask as a thriller writer.
With the feckless, spineless Congress we have, who will stand in the way of Donald Trump overstepping his constitutional authority as President? If Congress wont remove him from office, what patriot will step up and do that if, if, he oversteps his mandate as president, his constitutional-granted authority, I should say, as president.
If he oversteps that, how do we get him out of office? And I dont think there is a legal means available. I think it will be a terrible, terrible position the American people will be in to get Trump out of office because you wont be able to do it through Congress.
BECK: I would agree with you on thatand I dont think you actually have the voices weve been talking about and weve been talking about this off-air for a while. I think the voices like ours go away. I dont think we are allowed especially if things, and I believe the economy is going to go to c**p, even if Jesus was in office. Its going to naturally reset. It has to.
Read the rest of the exchange here.
After receiving criticism for these comments from people who believed Thor and Beck were suggesting or at least implying assassination, Beck offered a lengthy defense of his statements. You can read the full transcript of his defense here.
