Ginger Zee May Not Compete in "DWTS" Finals After Injury

Ginger Zee has suffered a pelvic injury ahead of the "Dancing With The Stars" finale.
ABC News reports Zee has been diagnosed with sacral instability and a lumbar or lower back sprain.
The "Good Morning America" meteorologist tells ABC News that she continued to rehearse last week after suffering a lower back spasm. She says she later saw a physical therapist who told her that her "pelvis was just moving all over."
She says her pelvis is loose and unstable because she had a baby in December.
Despite the injury, Zee says she plans to take the floor Monday night against UFC fighter Paige VanZant and model Nyle DiMarco during the first night of the two-night season finale.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs Golden State Warriors - Game 1 - Full Game Highlights | 2016 NBA Playoffs
TORONTO, Ontario -- The NBA suspended Cleveland Cavaliers bench player Dahntay Jones for one game for punching the Toronto Raptors Bismack Biyombo in the midsection in the waning moments of Cleveland"s first loss of the playoffs Saturday night.
Sunday night in Oklahoma City, Draymond Green gave the Thunder"s Steven Adams the second part of the old "one-two" when Adams" groin apparently leaped in front of Green"s foot.
The first part -- the old "one," came when Adam" groin intruded on the space reserved for Green"s knee in a game last Wednesday at Golden State.
Green, a former Michigan State player who, as the 35th pick in his draft year is one of the NBA"s great success stories, was not suspended despite being a serial below the belt striker.
The NBA supinely upgraded the call to a Flagrant Foul 2 and fined Green the equivalent of tip money for the maid at the typical NBA player"s Ode to Me mansion -- $25,000.
Kiki VanDeWeghe, the NBA dean of discipline, must have miscreants lining up happily outside his office, like college players at North Carolina for that class with no attendance requirement and no academic merit.
Personally, I agreed with VanDeWeghe"s view of the physical action in the Sunday incident, which was that Green was flailing his legs while trying to draw a foul call and did not mean to kick Adams.
On the first incident last Wednesday, a driving layup against Adams, Green cocked his knee like a fixed bayonet before crashing into Adams and releasing the shot.
To me, the track record of the volatile Green in this series and over the course of his career should have been a consideration.
To me, this sets a precedent for stars with a Charles Barkley cheap-shot disposition.
But the league has been leery of suspending impact players ever since former commissioner David Stern changed the course of the 2007 playoffs.
Phoenix"s Boris Diaw and Amar"e Stoudemire left the bench in the final minute of a series-tying Suns" victory in the fourth game, protesting Robert Horry"s hockey-style check of Suns" point guard Steve Nash.
The ruling eviscerated the Spurs, who claimed San Antonio center Tim Duncan left his team"s bench too, but not as aggressively. The incident occurred when the game had already been decided. It propelled the Spurs to the championship, won in a sweep of the Cavaliers.
Since then, players who are starters or in the rotation have received the benefit of the doubt.
J.R. Smith of the Cavs, however, did receive a two-game suspension after a Flagrant 2 foul and ejection when he elbowed Boston"s Jae Crowder in the biker bar rumble that was the fourth game of that opening series in 2015.
The instigator Crowder was not punished. Smith"s foul was more forceful than Green"s, felling the Boston swing man, but it was to a less sensitive area.Smith"s track record certainly was part of the decision.
The Warriors are NBA champions. Ratings are at stake. An epic dynasty for the 73-9 Warriors is on the line.
Perhaps the lenient Green ruling is part of the divine right of kings, and I don"t mean LeBron James.
Cline Dion"s performance at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards was incredibly moving.
The singer became visibly emotional afterwards, though, when her son Ren-Charles Angelil surprised her on stage to present her with the Billboard Icon Award. She struggled to holdback tears as she accepted the award, and per her request, Ren-Charles stood beside her as she gave a powerful speech.
Everyone took note of Cline"s sincerity, and they were also very curious about her eldest son! So, without further ado, hereare five things you need to know about Ren-Charles.
1. He"s Still in High School: Twitter had a collective freakout over Cline"s handsome son last night. Ren-Charles is, indeed, a good-looking young man, but this 15-year-old seems focused more on high school than Hollywood right now.
2. He Plays Hockey: Ren-Charles and Cline"s 5-year-old twins Eddy and Nelson live in Las Vegas with their mom, but they haven"t let go of their Canadian heritage! According to Ren-Charles" Instagram page, he plays ice hockey for the Nevada Storm Midget AA league.
3. He Has a Down-to-Earth Upbringing: Sure, mom"s an international superstar, but you (almost) wouldn"t know it based on Ren-Charles" pics with friends. Like most teenagers, there are plenty of selfies, group shots and images from sporting events. Nothing too crazy happening here...
4. He Picks Up on a Few Perks: After surprising Cline at last night"s Billboard Music Awards, Ren-Charles rubbed elbows with the stars. He Instagrammed a photo of himself and Rihanna grinning from ear-to-ear, captioning it simply, "What a night! #billboards2016"
5. He"s Strong Like His Mom: As Cline showed us, the show must go on, and Ren-Charles is doing his part to make sure it does. Ren-Charles supported his mom following her emotional performance last night, and back in January, he delivered a touching eulogy at his father Ren Anglil"s funeral.
"Fifteen years is not a long time for a son to get to know his father. You had a busy life, but we were communicating through golf, hockey, poker and smoked meat ... and a lot of other wonderful food, bonding more and more as time went by," he said, per People. "You left me now with enough good memories of you to share with my younger brothers," he said of 5-year-old twins Nelson and Eddy. "As they grow older, without you being around, I"ll make sure to pass on what I"ve learned from you. You are a tough act to follow, but with your help, everything"s gonna be fine. Dad, I promise you here that we"re all going to live up to your standards."

2016 ECF Game 3 - Pittsburgh Penguins vs Tampa Bay Lightning May 18th 2016 (HD) Photo Marc-Andre Fleury, back as the Penguins starter in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals, saved 21 of 25 shots, but not the one above by the Lightnings Nikita Kucherov. Credit Justin K. Aller/Getty Images
PITTSBURGH Marc-Andre Fleury sprinted onto the ice for warm-ups about 40 minutes before Game 5 of the N.H.L.s Eastern Conference finals Sunday night. The home crowd, which featured Shawn Michaels, the former professional wrestler, and members of the Pittsburgh Pirates, was on its feet and roaring.
This was supposed to be the night Fleury, the Pittsburgh Penguins franchise goaltender, who had been backing up the 21-year-old rookie Matt Murray for nearly three weeks, put things back in order for his team.
But the Tampa Bay Lightning had other ideas.
Led by two goals and an assist from Nikita Kucherov, the Lightning stormed back from a 2-0 deficit midway through the game to eke out a 4-3 overtime victory. Now, the Penguins, the hottest team coming into the playoffs, are one loss away from elimination in this best-of-seven series. Game 6 is Tuesday in Tampa, and it is not clear if Fleury will still be defending the Penguins net.
Describing his teams goalie situation as imperfect, Pittsburgh Coach Mike Sullivan said he would settle on a starter Tuesday morning.
We wish the circumstances were different, but theyre not, Sullivan said Monday.
Two games ago, it was Tampa Bay that looked down and out. In the first three games of the series, the Penguins outshot the Lightning, 124-69. Over time, it seemed, Pittsburgh would wear them down with their speed and depth, especially since the Lightning were without their star goalie, Ben Bishop, who left Game 1 with an injury to his left leg, and one of the leagues top goal scorers, Steven Stamkos, who may miss the entire playoffs after having surgery to remove a blood clot.
The Lightning bounced back with a 4-3 victory in Game 4 to even the series, but Pittsburgh nearly came back from a four-goal deficit in the game, outshooting the Lightning, 16-7, in the third period on the way to three goals.
The Penguins seemed poised to take control of Game 5 back in Pittsburgh. At first, they delivered, holding the Lightning to only four shots after one period. Midway through the game, Pittsburgh appeared to have the game in hand, holding a two-goal lead.
But then Alex Killorn scored what Fleury called a stupid goal to the top corner of the net. Two of the next three goals were scored by Tampa Bay, sending the game into overtime. It took 53 seconds and a deflection off the back of Tampa Bays Tyler Johnson to quiet the fans and put Tampa Bay one win away from its second straight trip to the Stanley Cup finals.
Pittsburgh had not lost two straight games since mid-January.
Were in a tough position, forward Patric Hornqvist said after the game.
While they have performed brilliantly at times, the Penguins have also suffered from momentary defensive lapses, ill-advised penalties and questionable passes.
If we play right for all 60 minutes, we win, forward Evgeni Malkin said Monday before the team flew to Florida.
But winning will be made tougher by the absence of Trevor Daley, who will miss the remainder of the playoffs after he broke his left ankle in Game 4. Except for Kris Letang, Daley had been on the ice more than any other Penguins defenseman this postseason. In Game 5, Daley was replaced by Olli Maatta, 21, who was a healthy scratch in the previous three games. Maatta responded with an assist and a superb individual play that set up a goal by Chris Kunitz.
Nevertheless, Maatta was barely audible when speaking to reporters after the crushing defeat.
I just wanted to go out there and help the team win, and obviously that didnt happen, he said.
Nobody seemed more disappointed than Fleury, who performed well but not spectacularly after weeks on the bench. He saved 21 of the 25 shots he faced.
I should have been better, Fleury, who led the Penguins to a Stanley Cup in 2009, said Sunday. Its tough to lose.
At the start of the season, Fleury was having a banner year. He kept Pittsburgh afloat during early-season struggles that led the Penguins to hire Sullivan and forced General Manager Jim Rutherford to remake the roster.
Fleury, 31, finished with the lowest goals against average of his N.H.L. career (2.29) and his best save percentage (.921). But he sustained a concussion on March 31, putting an end to his regular season.
Fleurys injury led to a marvelous postseason run by Murray, who turns 22 on Wednesday. Starting 13 straight games, Murray managed a 9-4 record with a 2.33 goals against average and a .923 save percentage after having played only 13 N.H.L. games entering the playoffs. Fleury, meanwhile, sat on the bench after he was cleared to play on May 2.
Against Tampa Bay, though, Murray posted a pedestrian 2-2 record with a 2.75 goals against average and a .896 save percentage. After allowing four goals over the first two periods of Game 4, Murray was replaced by Fleury.
Whoever is in net Tuesday, he may be called upon to steal a game to keep Pittsburghs season alive.
These guys have shown their resilience time and time again, and now it will be tested more than ever, Sullivan said.
